Great breakfast - staff amazing- bed comfortable - Incident: they booked a shuttle the day the driver didn t wotk noone nformed us till I arrived at the desk and waited for my ride. The the reception desk kept on serving other person even if whe knew I was waiting and latefor my apt at the embassy. i couldn t have organized differently if I knew. Then ride in a very old not comfotbale taxi. She apologize after. I felt home there and will come back for sure . Pity the pool was too cold and dirty .

The pool, the shower was nice and spacious, The bed was nice, big and comfortable The tea and coffee condiments The cocktails from the bar The privacy they give guests The overall service of the staff was excellent. All the facilities were wonderful.

I liked the coziness of my room and that there was a safe to keep all my belongings, especially laptop safe with a custom password. The wifi was good, and I was even able to get some light work done. The channels on the TV were okay, but some of them were a bit fuzzy - not sure if just in my room or in all rooms. Room service was a bit slow, but the staff were really gracious and accommodating. The food is great! 👍
